There is blood and gore you can get a skill that allows decapitation and there is a “kill cam” that can show this in all of its slow-motion glory. They can kill by choice or, in some cases, have to kill to advance or finish quests. Skyrim is a game that will see your kids killing humans, animals and fantasy creatures alike. Again, they are essentially the same games. Also of note, this is a rerelease of a 2011 title from the PS3 and Xbox 360. It is otherwise, the same game with different controls.
Before we get into too much of this, I would like to point out that the PSVR (PlayStation VR) version of this game is identical to the standard version reviewed here with the exception of the lack of the Creation Club availability (mentioned below).
